AudioLine — Privacy Policy

AudioLine ("the app", "we") is an audio player that can generate subtitles for
audio you choose. We care about your privacy and collect as little data as
possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Information we process
- Audio you submit for subtitles. When you ask AudioLine to
generate subtitles, the selected audio file is uploaded to our own servers,
processed solely to produce the subtitle text, and then returned to your
device. The uploaded audio is automatically deleted from our servers within a
few hours (currently about 6 hours). It is used only to generate your
subtitles and for no other purpose.
- Feedback you send. If you use the in-app feedback form, we
receive the message text, any images you attach, an optional contact (e.g. an
email address, only if you provide one), and your app version and device
model / OS version. We use this to understand and fix problems and to reply to
you. Feedback is stored until it is no longer needed.
- Stored only on your device. Your audio library references,
playback positions, app settings, and purchase/unlock status are stored locally
on your device and are not sent to us.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do
not receive or store your payment details.
What we do NOT do
- No user accounts or logins.
- The app does not currently display advertising, and we do not use
third-party analytics trackers. If this changes in the future, we will update
this policy and the App Store privacy details before doing so.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Subtitle transcription runs on our own infrastructure; your audio is not
sent to any third-party transcription provider.
Data retention & deletion
Uploaded audio is deleted automatically within hours of processing. Generated
subtitles and transcription job records are also removed automatically after a
short retention period. To request deletion of feedback you have sent, contact us
at the email below.
Security
Data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit
(HTTPS/TLS), and the app uses certificate pinning to protect the connection.
Children's privacy
AudioLine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.

AudioLine(下称"本应用""我们")是一款可为你选择的音频生成字幕的音频播放器。
我们重视你的隐私,并尽量减少数据收集。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、为何收集、
以及保留多久。
我们处理的信息
- 你提交用于生成字幕的音频。当你让 AudioLine 生成字幕时,
所选音频文件会上传到我们自有的服务器,仅用于生成字幕文本,随后返回到你的设备。
上传的音频会在处理后数小时内(目前约 6 小时)自动删除,且仅用于生成字幕,不作他用。
- 你发送的反馈。当你使用应用内反馈功能时,我们会收到反馈文字、
你附上的图片、可选的联系方式(例如邮箱,仅在你填写时)、以及你的应用版本和
设备型号 / 系统版本。这些用于了解和修复问题并回复你。反馈会保存至不再需要为止。
- 仅保存在你设备上的数据。你的音频库目录引用、播放进度、
应用设置、购买/解锁状态都保存在本地设备,不会发送给我们。
- 购买。应用内购买由 Apple 处理,我们不接收也不存储你的支付信息。
我们不会做的事
- 没有账号、无需登录。
- 本应用目前不展示广告,也不使用第三方分析追踪器。若今后有所变更,我们会在
实施前更新本政策及 App Store 的隐私信息。
- 我们不出售你的个人数据。
- 字幕转写在我们自有的基础设施上完成,你的音频不会发送给任何第三方转写服务。
数据保留与删除
上传的音频会在处理后数小时内自动删除;生成的字幕和转写任务记录也会在
较短保留期后自动清除。如需删除你已发送的反馈,请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
安全
应用与服务器之间传输的数据采用加密传输(HTTPS/TLS),并使用证书绑定
(certificate pinning)保护连接。
儿童隐私
AudioLine 不面向 13 岁以下儿童,我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
政策变更
我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将在此处更新,并标注新的"最后更新"日期。
