These Terms govern your use of Parro. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Parro provides access to selected podcast audio, program information, and automatically generated or translated subtitles. Programs, subtitles, and availability may change. Automated subtitles may contain omissions, timing differences, or translation errors.
Podcast programs and related names, artwork, and audio belong to their respective publishers and rights holders. Parro does not claim ownership of that content. You may use the app and its content only for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not redistribute content, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
If Parro offers a subscription, its price and billing period will be shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of subtitles or other content for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Parro or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Your use of Parro must also comply with the Apple Standard EULA.
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Questions can be sent to support@audioline.cn.

本条款约束你对 Parro 的使用。下载或使用本应用，即表示你同意本条款及我们的隐私政策。
Parro 提供精选播客音频、节目信息以及自动生成或翻译的字幕。节目、字幕和可用性可能发生变化。自动字幕可能存在遗漏、时间偏差或翻译错误。
播客节目及相关名称、图片和音频归各自发布者与权利人所有，Parro 不主张拥有这些内容。你仅可将本应用及其内容用于个人、非商业收听；不得重新分发内容、绕过访问控制、干扰服务或用于违法活动。
如 Parro 提供订阅，购买前会显示价格和计费周期。费用将从你的 Apple 账户扣除；除非你在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消，否则订阅会自动续期。你可以在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消。购买与退款由 Apple 处理。
本服务按“现状”和“现有”基础提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不保证服务始终不中断，也不保证字幕或其他内容完全准确、完整或适合特定用途。为维护安全、遵守法律或改善服务，我们可能修改、暂停或停止部分功能。
本条款在你与我们之间订立，与 Apple 无关。Apple 不对 Parro 或其内容负责。Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人。你对 Parro 的使用还须遵守 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。
